The elegant display case keeps the view of perfectly tempered foods.
Royal Catering hot counter is ideal for keeping warm and presenting various foods such as pizzas, desserts or sandwiches. Inside the 150 litre thermal display cabinet there are three shelves on which to display the goods. The housings flexibly adapt to 21 different heights: every 1.5 cm there is a stand, so you can divide the inside of the hot counter according to your needs. The shelves in the heated display cabinet with dimensions of 82 x 34 cm, 82 x 32 cm and 82 x 29.5 cm, offer ample space for a wide range of foods.
The internal space of the display cabinet is equipped with a powerful 1600 W heating element, which quickly heats up to 85 °C. The built-in water bowl prevents hot food from drying out after filling. The housing is made of durable steel, with all side elements made of tempered glass. The two space-saving sliding doors are located on the back, so you can easily fill the display cabinet for warming or remove food. At the bottom of the housing there is a collection drawer for food residues.
