The elegant RC-FS870 smoker is designed for professional use in catering businesses, be it restaurants, inns, hotels or agriturismo businesses. The electric smoker is used for hot and hot smoking of various products, including cheese, sausages, poultry and game as well as fish.
To achieve results according to your wishes, the device is designed for continuous operation as well as with a timer function. Thanks to a selectable time span of 0 – 120 minutes, you can prepare your smoked food in minutes. An alarm will sound as soon as the preset time has elapsed. If the desired degree of browning is not yet reached after the first pass, the timer can be set again on the smoker cabinet. Our recommendation: allow fish to dry well before smoking. Only in this way will the smoked goods get the typical golden brown smoke colour.
During the entire smoking process, a thermometer on the housing side shows you the temperature inside the smoking barrel in the range of 0 – 135 °C. This means that you always have an eye on the cooking process and can be adjusted if necessary.
